When listing a home for sale we continue to see Price reductions only to pull the market down, reduce the number of buyers and leave more listing on the market for a longer time. Market the property to sell. Offer a seller buy down out of the gate, this will increase the number of qualified buyers offering them a great home but with affordability. A mortgage payment reduced by hundreds of dollars for a few years is a big deal. Equity will increase, principle will be reduced and the forecast is mortgage rates will drop a little let year.
